Construction Site Supervisor will be involved in the supervision of construction projects, which will include duties of supervision of all contractors and field staff involved in-construction on worksite. To implement all construction activates to meet the quality, cost, deadlines and safety required for Project.

Specific Job Responsibilities Include:

·       Assist Project Manager in creating schedule for the construction project

·       Support and assist Project manager with hiring contractors, suppliers and employees for project

·       Accomplish project goals by defining scope of purpose of the project, determine required resources, allocation resources establishing protocols and standards, scheduling staffers resolving design problems, evaluation deadline estimates and adjusting as needed, and implementing orders

·       Ensure project progress; deadlines, costs and updates

·       Supervisor is responsible to ensure smooth day to day operations of work activities on site

·       To supervise and monitor and evaluate all employees and subcontractors involved with project

·       Inspect each phase of project as completed for quality and standard

·       Maintaining healthy safe work environment adhering to all site safety procedures and policies.

·       Oversee all construction aspects and schedules

·       Meet daily with project crew

·       Accountable for job until manager signs off on completion

·       Maintain site log, reports require for project

·       Ensure positive communication and respect for all employees and contractor involved with project

·       Performs other appropriate duties as required



·       High School Diploma or GED required

·       Bachelor degree preferred (in Business, construction management, or engineering)

·       Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in the construction industry, with some leadership experience

·       Journey card preferred

·       Must be able to navigate construction site in all phases of construction, including freshly excavated sites, ladders, scaffolding etc.

·       Excellent organization and planning skills to prioritize and balance work

·       Ability to lead others in the completion of a schedule, budget guidelines requirements

·       Great verbal and written communication skills

·       Computer proficient, with experience in MS Excel, Project, and Word

·       Valid Drivers license

·       First Aid and CPR certified
