Tsuut’ina Nation is looking for a Career Facilitator that will be responsible for administering and delivering the Skills Link programs for the youth at risk in the community. The position would include being a Team Leader, Budget Accounting, Prioritizing and Organizing the program. The incumbent will report directly to the Bullhead Adult Education Centre Coordinator (ISETS)


·       Network with agencies within the inside and outside of the community

·       Communicate with youth to determine their needs and interests

·       Organize activities for the youth

·       Scheduling, supervise, recruit and encourage youth to participate

·       Organize cultural activities

·       Provide reports to BAEC Coordinator

·       Coordinate community relations to promote the youth

·       Maintain contacts with organizations

·       Monitor use of equipment and facilities

·       Prepare a plan for activities, record information on reports concerning the program, costs number of participants and equipment and facilities

·       Other duties as required


·       Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

·       Experience working with community youth inevitable

·       Must have computer skills, good verbal and written skills with weekly reports

·       Must work in cooperation with other programs

·       Candidate must have strong work ethics, be self-motivated dependable and punctual

·       Must possess a positive attitude, a strong commitment to learning

·       Safety consciousness and compliance to policy and procedures

·       Must have a class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation

·       Possess certification in Career Development and/or Career Counselling and experience in the delivery of individual and/or group facilitation an asset

·       Must provide a criminal record check
