Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O.)

Under the current Nation organizational structure Chief and Council have delegated responsibility of the day to day oversight of the Nation programs and companies to the Chief Executive Officer and seven Executive Directors. The CEO and Executive Directors require to adhere to priorities set by Chief and Council, to administer approved Nation policies and to consult and inform their respective Council representatives.

The CEO makes certain that the organization’s leadership maintains constant awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards, and so forth.
The Executive Directors are responsible for overseeing various programs and companies within each of the following divisions:

  1. Economic Development
  2. Companies
  3. Legislative Procedures
  4. Programs
  5. Community Relations
  6. Services
  7. Essential Services

* The Executive Director for Community Relations also fulfills the role of Assistant CEO.
